Details Introduction

TMBIND AL-1250 is a water-white thermoplastic resin extracted from petrochemical raw materials after hydrogenation. Because of its good heat resistance and good compatibility with polymers, such as styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS), styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SIS), amorphous poly alpha olefin (APAO), etc., it is widely used as a tackifier in hot melt adhesives and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives.

Non-woven fabrics, packaging, pressure-sensitive adhesive, car assembly, book binding, construction, rubber, plastic modification, paraffin modification.

Packaging

TMBIND AL-1250 hydrogenated petroleum resin as granular products. It provides two packaging methods: polypropylene packaging bags (FFS) with a net weight of 25kg and large bags with a net weight of 500 or 1000kg. The products are shipped from our factory and warehouse in Taixing, Jiangsu Province.

Storage

Granular resin may melt or agglomerate under any of the following conditions:
(1) under hot weather and climatic conditions;
(2) If stored in a place close to a heat source;
(3) The storage time is too long. Internal storage is recommended to keep the temperature not more than 30 ℃ to prevent caking and other problems.
Under the above recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of TMBIND AL-1250 hydrogenated petroleum resin is 18 months from the date of production.
However, we cannot foresee the customer's processing/production conditions for resin products, nor can we understand their end applications, so we recommend that the buyer do relevant tests after receiving the products.
